Dan' Precision Tools offers complete and seamless mold-making Solutions. With software and machinery at the cutting edge of technology, we are able to create molds of all types such as Thermo-forming & Vacuum, SMC, Injection, Compression...
We can use a point set or a digitized part or simply a concept, as a starting point, create a working 3D model and design the cavity and core then take the project to machining.
Plastic injection capabilities have been added to our operations, complemented by full in-house mold-making capabilities and 20 to 140 ton plastic injection machinery. We have been providing our customers with a broad selection of injection molding solutions ranging from short to high volume production runs.
